The Bruce McPherson ILFN Study Not in YOUR backyard! The reverse flow-goes

Dear Bruce & Mary McPherson -

For the past two years, and approximately at the time the FCC instituted the required broadcast transition from analogue to digital transmissions; a group of individuals has been conducting non-consensual human Guinna pig experiments with pulsed modulation microwave signals,  alternating home base sites  within the Pasatiempo Santa Cruz CA neighborhood. These individual/clandestine criminals feel they are above the law in doing what ever they want in  broad-band daylight eight hours a day, and at regular two hour intervals throughout the night, and have threatened to turn their antenna(s) air space onto, and through others' homes / lots / walls / attics  if they speak out against the status quo; also claiming to have friends on go- fly- a -kite hill.

These signals have been identified but are not limited to, the type, and of a magnitude as would be transmitted from a high power transformer on a mobile TV unit van up to a satellite (absolutely not aimed at people through their homes). This RF activity has perhaps been going on for decades, and may be the source of the neighborhood cancer clusters in Pasatiempo in past years.

Thank you for you prompt attention to this harrowing matter, perhaps you would make a phone call regarding this to the Governor and get through.
