Aug 2006 Fractured tooth on "Rockies" trip -- faulty porcelain crown applied with dry lip tx- post op in extreme jaw pain x1mo pending nerve damage. and sub deteriorating family/mental status.
Sept 2006 Palm Springs weekend with daughter and friend on college break
Jan 2007 911 call made by mother given pink slip. ongoing harassment in neighborhood and around town. neighbor states their sewer backed up - trying to get city to hook up - roof leaking.
Aug 2007 Surprise visit to mother after many-many years of incommunicado except via phone and cryptic letters
Jan 15 2008 continuing family deterioration - dentist appt to replace faulty crown with new tech/machined model - additional tx lip lube on visit. peripheral neurological symptoms beginning/constant jaw pain. Consulted retired officer referral who states " sounds like you need a family law counselor" Appt made with Psych -re: reality check. consult PI
Jan 21 2008 extreme anxiety post dental appt. operation homewreckerappears peaking/ in full swing . "census" workers frequently knocking on door. as is tree-trimming crew.
Left to find other dwelling.
Health Practitioner appt lab work drawn.
Visit old neighbor's sister who states spouse is "tool"

Jan 26 2008 leased small cottage -- less anxiety now- recontact PI regarding ongoing harassment, poss of induced symptoms per location.
Feb 2008 Spouse allowed to visit new cottage on week ends - subsequently "pest" control man seen nosing around cottage - landlord in front states she has to have sewer unclogged from oak tree across street ,and cataract surgery. Increasing peripheral neuro symp.
Feb 23 Spouse colonoscopy - wife not allowed to be present. sm polyp near liver
April 2008 Relocated to new dwelling near disney town- episode of of decreased renal function/swelling of extremities -appears to resolve spont. Management company requests I allow future "renters" ,the wainrights , view property.
June 2008 Daughter grad from university.
June 2008 Rented moorhouse apt near spouse employment - together.
again - anxiety increasing again - spouse starts to see marriage counsel. goes to several different ones and supposedly stops not able to find a competent one. dentist appt cleaning , dry lip tx, hormones checked post appt,,, very opposite balance/wrong per cycle. Mood increasingly labile.
Nov 2008 lease up. Move to Aviary apt where current "renter" asks manager handling paperwork for lease "if his package has arrived"
subsequently knock on door - after move in ---asian man states " I'm in apt next door, my girlfriend left me and I can't sleep now, you need to be quiet going up the steps"
Dec 2008 Begin to have right flank pain - decreased UO and sub weight gain.
April 2008 - Moved back home with spouse - security measures instituted. Plum trees in front yard pruned - car blocking garage door. New symptoms - intermittent heart palpitations of varying severity after meals, cont intermittent jaw pain - labile mood. cont right flank and sub costal pain vacillating. Peripheral neuro symptoms vacillating also
May 2008 after multiple requests PI refuses access to report.
Privacy fence installed along with other measures.
Trips to Home depot alone find spouse bringing home signifier- fyi's which echo e-mail correspondences with Internet acquaintances from 2002 - 2006 --when correspondence terminated. ongoing theme of death and hospital.
this and 'ongoing' problem. Request spouse get help. as he is not conscious of this activity also states he has 'me' with him everywhere he goes. Huh?
July 2010 Heart palp intermittently - increasing
Spouse asked to Leave.
Aug 2010 Symptoms markedly reduced - no jaw pain - only occasional atrial dysrythmia - concentration markedly improved along with visual focus.


Prior to 2003 NO Hx of mental problems, no family Hx of such- -- not to mention recovering from death of son in
2000 in as 'normal' and high functioning level as could be expected given such tragedy.
